This Privacy Policy is a part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”) applicable to the Application and any terms capitalized herein but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Terms of Use. Law Enforcement and Protection of Users and the Application:

To the extent permitted by law, Altus Infusion will disclose Your Personal Information to government authorities or third parties pursuant to a legal request, subpoena or other legal process. Altus Infusion may also use or disclose Your Personal Information as permitted by law to perform charge verifications, apply or enforce the Application’s Terms of Use, or protect Altus Infusion’s rights, interests, or property as well as those of our affiliates, customers, or website users. Following disclosure to any third party, Your Personal Information may be accessible by others to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.

Security:

The Application employs encryption technology in all areas of the Application, which require You to provide Your Personal Information, as well as in the transmission and uploading of any PHI to and through the Application. The Application utilizes industry-standard firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transport to encrypt any electronic transfer of PHI.
